Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Archive OC. Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after your order has been processed are:
- United States: approximately 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and available shipping method.
Orders valued at $300 or more require a signature upon delivery.
Please make sure someone is available to sign for the package when necessary.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and making appropriate arrangements for delivery.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
Archive OC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, customs delays, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
If your tracking information indicates that a package may be lost or has stopped updating for an extended period, please contact us at archiveocllc@gmail.com. We will assist you in reviewing the shipment and, when appropriate, working with the shipping carrier.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at archiveocllc@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has begun processing or has shipped.
Archive OC is not responsible for additional shipping costs or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or similar issue, please contact us.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
