Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Clear photos showing the item and the issue

We will review the claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution.

Final Sale Items

Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, all merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.
